In 1978, the predecessor of Jarng Yeong Enterprise CO., LTD was Xin Hua Iron Works, specialized in processing parts and manufacturing tool slide plates for various machinery factories, and began selling self-possessed finished parts to hardware stores. The self-made parts also entered the maintenance market, receiving recognition from numerous customers.

In order to improve the quality of tool slide plates and part processing, Xin Hua Iron Works began producing high-quality lathes for part production.
In 1989, Jarng Yeong Enterprise Co., Ltd was established and began manufacturing Cam type automatic lathes, successfully developing CNC lathes in 1995.
As the quality of processed parts significantly improved, the stability of lathe production also increased, leading to a transformation into a specialized lathe manufacturer. Besides gaining a strong reputation in Taiwan, Jarng Yeong Enterprise CO., LTD has also sold products in approximately 30 other countries.
In 2011, the proprietary brand "GREENWAY"

In recent years, as the market has transitioned, many clients have faced labor shortages, automation, and the need for smart production. To solve these challenges, in 2013, GREENWAY attempted to integrate automatic material feeding devices or gantry loading system with CNC lathes to solve customer labor shortages and significantly increase production efficiency and quality.
